By using AI Grader by Magnetic WP you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

AI Grader by Magnetic WP scans publicly accessible URLs and produces an AI visibility report. Scans are read-only — we do not modify your site. Free accounts include a limited number of scans per month; Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited scans for the lifetime of the service.

• Only scan sites you own or are authorised to test.
• Do not abuse the scanner, attempt to bypass rate limits, or use it to harass third parties.
• Do not reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the service without our written consent.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Pro is a $19 one-time lifetime purchase. EU/UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal unless they have actively used Pro features during that period. To request a refund, email support@magneticwp.com.

The AI Grader by Magnetic WP brand, code, and report format are ours. Your scan results and any content you submit remain yours; you grant us a limited licence to process them to provide the service.

The service is provided "as is". Scores and recommendations are guidance, not guarantees of search or AI-agent performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service unlawfully.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
